This site has been designed for Watoomba Web Services. The open site provides an outline of the course this company provides for prospective students as well as an enrollment form. On completing the enrollment form it is assumed that a backend system would process the form data and e-mail the new client with access details for the secure areas of the site as well as detailed instructions on their use. Once students are enrolled all assessment is done on-line by the submission of assignments.

Staff have the ability to set assignments, create notices and upload notes to facilitate the students learning process. It is assumed that administration workers have access to backend database software and rather than performing all functions through the page they only perform a limited few. If necessary administration workers have been permitted to manually create accounts on the web page which may be especially useful for adding new staff accounts. They have also been granted an ability to check student details.
