Monday 14th March – Roving Conspiracy

Relaxing

I had a quiet day at home.

Roving Conspiracy

I drove into the city to get Bronwen, and we went to Roving Conspiracy at 42 Mollison Street in West End—an old Queenslander house surrounded by a large unit complex. The owners had refused to sell so they built the units around them. The owners have now passed away and the property has been bought by a “community developer”—whatever that is—who supposedly wants to develop the property in a community-oriented fashion, rather than just for the largest profit. It’s currently rented and they offered it to the Roving Conspiracy people, so they had their Roving Conspiracy there. I suspect it’d be really hot during the day, but at night it’s kind of cool having a backyard surrounded by concrete walls.

Feeding Worms

After Roving Conspiracy ended Bronwen and I bought felafel kebabs, then drove to Bronwen’s parents’ place to feed their worms.
