They were arrested and resisted assisting police, refusing to cooperate or share their location history. They are alleged to have been part of a criminal organisation who stole luxury items like handbags and transported stolen goods. The third case was a friend of theirs), 7 active.

Victoria declares a state of disaster and Melbourne moves to “Stage 4” restrictions (a curfew from 8 PM to 5 AM, can only leave home for 4 reasons—buy essentials, provide care or seek medical treatment, exercise, work or education if it can’t be done from home) while the rest of Victoria moves to “Stage 3” restrictions (face coverings must be worn outside the home, can only leave home for 4 reasons).

Breakfast

Bronwen and I drove over to Bronwen’s parents’ place for breakfast. It was a long breakfast—we didn’t get home until 1 o’clock.

We went shopping at Bunnings, ALDI, Coles and Woolworths in the afternoon.
