My Mirror is Smashed

Someone smashed my mirror while I was parked, and did not leave a note.

 

As can be seen, I am parked as close as possible to the side of the road, in a valid parking zone. It occurs to me that I may actually be parked too close, making it look as though people could get around me, and I perhaps should park in the very middle of the lane.
