Morning

• I adjusted the brakes and seat on my bike, so in theory I can now ride and stop in comfort.

Afternoon

• I rode into the city and did some shopping.

Night

• I cooked dinner, Bronwen arriving sneakily just before it was ready and helping me finish it off.
