02.06.2007 – Saturday 2 June – Shootout at Lokhandwala
- Morning
- • I have a quiet morning, mostly involving not getting out of bed.
- Night
- • Bronwen and I tried to get curry, but it was extremely busy and we ran out of time, heading to the city and getting nachos from one of the little places in the centre of the mall, before watching “Shootout at Lokhandwala”, one of the most powerfully violent movies I’ve seen in a while, and certainly not what I was expecting from a Bollywood movie, but very good. How could anything with the tagline “It lasted six hours, 1755 rounds were fired, six deaths were reported. Based on true rumours” not be good?
On the way home, I came across a man who had had all his money stolen by the KGB, to do UFO research, and was looking for more, and a school of police bikes, hunting.
